Being able to communicate and work effectively with a diverse group of individuals while keeping a truly positive attitude is very important. Problem solving under fast paced situations is a must, along with being able to work independently and as part of a team!
This venue manager will be on site during events. Being helpful, answering questions, ensuring polices are being followed, and monitoring the venue in a professional, but not overbearing manner, are some of the duties.
Days needed are typically Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays from noon to close. Events are typically scheduled 2+ months in advance. You may be needed on the very occasional week day or Sunday. Weekends worked will range from zero to two per month between April and November.
