Yes, you will be provided our list of preferred vendors but you can use others that are not on the list. We simply require them to provide proof of insurance.
Yes, a venue manager will be present during your ceremony and reception.
We recommend our couples do it the week of the wedding at their homes. Some have also done it the morning of the wedding at the venue.
Yes, they are available for rent for $12 each. They are ivory in color and touch the floor on the long sides. They will be washed, pressed, and on the tables for you upon arrival.
We recommend having an approximate number of guests in mind and booking the package that sits at 50 to 75% of that number. Once the wedding is closer and you have received your RSVP’s back, we can always upgrade you to a package with a higher guest count if needed.
The tables are white, rectangle, commercial fold up tables. The dimensions are 2.5’ x 8’
All of our booked couples are encouraged to utilize our private Facebook page where table layouts are shared, photos of the decor on hand, etc.

Typically our spring/fall couples get married between 3 and 4 pm while our summer couples get married between 4 and 5 pm. Whether or not you are doing a first look will influence this decision along with the amount of time it will take your bridal party to get ready. Experienced wedding photographers are usually helpful with creating timelines for your wedding day.
Yes, everyone that requires a seat needs to be counted.
Breaking down of tables and chairs begins 30 minutes before end of rental time on wedding day. All guests and vendors should be off the premises by end of rental time.
Your wedding liability insurance policy and the remaining balance plus the refundable damages deposit ($400) is all due 60 days before your wedding.
Yes, as long as you have sent the layout you would like to go with at least 3 weeks before the wedding.
Rose Oak is only 15 minutes from Rolla and 10 minutes from St. James. We are blessed with several excellent Air B n B’s in the surrounding area along with hotels, wineries, a state park, unique places to shop, University of Missouri Science and Technology campus, and restaurants.
Yes, both the log cabin bridal suite and the wedding barn have heat and air conditioning to help keep you and your guests comfortable.
We have an “open barn” quarterly where you are encouraged to bring them by and plan your big day. These events are announced by email.
We encourage use of flower petals, bubbles, glow sticks, strings of lights, dried leaves, etc. We do NOT allow sparklers, balloons that are released, or lanterns that are released. We want to help protect the environment and keep everyone safe.

Yes, we have a bench and outdoor ash tray located approx. 40 ft away from the front entrance. We do NOT allow smoking of any kind inside the buildings. All cigarette butts should be placed in a bucket of gravel or outdoor ash tray.
We do not but do have several talented caterers on our preferred vendor list that can take care of catering for you.
